Refund & Cancellation Policy

Charmbodies.com (the “Site”) offers paid digital services for promotion / premium options (the “Service”). Publishing an ad on the Site is free. This policy sets out the cancellation and refund terms applicable to paid purchases.
1. General principles
- The Site does not sell physical products: only online/digital services.
- The Site is strictly reserved for users aged 18 or over.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
2. One-time purchases (no subscription)
- No trial period / no free trial.
- No subscription / no recurring payments / no automatic renewal.
- Each purchase is one-time and corresponds to a duration/option displayed at the time of payment. Upon expiry, a new purchase is required if the user wishes to extend.
3. Service start
- The Service (promotion / premium option) starts immediately at the time of payment.
4. Cancellation
- Since the Service starts immediately upon payment, cancellation before the start of performance is not applicable after payment is confirmed.
5. Refunds
- Service started: once the Service has started, no refund is granted, unless required by applicable law.
- Technical error / duplicate payment: in the event of a proven technical error (e.g., duplicate payment, malfunction preventing activation), a refund may be issued after verification.
6. Request procedure (billing / refund)
Requests must be sent to: [email protected] and should include:
- the account email address,
- the date and amount of the purchase,
- the transaction identifier/record (if available),
- a factual description of the issue (e.g., duplicate payment, technical error).
7. Refund method
- Refunds, when granted, are issued to the original payment method, where possible.
- Actual timeframes may depend on the payment provider and/or the user’s bank.
