Charmbodies.com (the “Site”) values user safety and transparency. This policy explains how disputes between users are handled and how illegal content or abuse can be reported.

1. General Principles

• The Site is a listing/directory platform .

• The Operator is not a party to agreements, meetings, or arrangements between users and does not act as a mediator.

• The Operator reviews reports relating to illegal content , platform rule violations , and abuse of the platform .

• Anyone submitting a report must provide accurate information and act in good faith.

2. Resolution of Disputes

• Personal disputes (pricing disagreements, meeting disputes, dissatisfaction, etc.) must be resolved by the parties involved.

• The Operator may intervene only where there is:

  • a violation of the Site’s rules or applicable law, or

  • credible evidence of fraud, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual content, underage involvement, threats, harassment, or similar misconduct.

3. Reporting Illegal Content / Abuse (Complaint Handling)

If you identify illegal, harmful, or non-compliant content, please email [email protected] and include:

• Your name and contact details

• URL(s) of the content/profile/listing (please provide direct links)

• A short description of the issue (e.g., underage, trafficking/exploitation, non-consensual content, fraud/scam, harassment, copyright/personality rights)

• Any supporting evidence (screenshots, proof of rights/interest if applicable)

How reports are handled

• Reports are reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible .

• The Operator may take measures including:

  • removing or restricting access to content,

  • suspending or terminating accounts,

  • requesting additional information or verification from the relevant user,

  • preserving limited information for compliance/audit purposes where legally permitted/required.

• In serious cases (e.g., suspected underage involvement, trafficking/exploitation, credible criminal activity), the Operator may escalate and cooperate with competent authorities , subject to applicable law and lawful requests.

4. Repeated Violations

Users who repeatedly violate platform rules or applicable law may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.

5. False or Malicious Reports

• Reports submitted in bad faith, including false or malicious complaints intended to harm others, may result in:

  • account suspension or permanent closure, and/or

  • restriction from using reporting tools.

• The reporting party may bear legal responsibility for knowingly false statements, depending on applicable law.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

Charmbodies.com may cooperate with competent authorities in cases of serious criminal suspicion or upon receiving valid legal requests, in accordance with applicable law and data protection requirements.
