Dispute & Abuse Policy

Charmbodies.com (the “Site”) places great importance on user safety and transparency. This policy explains how disputes between users are handled and how to report illegal content or abuse.

1. General principles

• The Site is a classifieds/directory platform.

• The Operator is not a party to agreements, appointments, or arrangements made between users and does not act as a mediator.

• The Operator reviews reports relating to illegal content, violations of the platform’s rules, and abuse of the platform.

• Anyone submitting a report must provide accurate information and act in good faith.

2. Dispute resolution

• Personal disputes (disagreements about prices, disputes related to an appointment, dissatisfaction, etc.) must be resolved by the parties concerned.

• The Operator may intervene only where there is:

  • a violation of the Site’s rules or applicable law, or

  • credible information indicating fraud, coercion, exploitation, non-consensual content, involvement of minors, threats, harassment, or any other similar behavior.

3. Reporting (content/abuse) & complaints handling

3.1 Reporting content contrary to the rules/standards (not manifestly illegal) — timeframe: 5 days

To report content that may violate our rules/standards (without being manifestly illegal), please write to [email protected] and include:

• The URL(s) of the content/profile/listing (please provide direct links)

• A factual description of the issue

• Any useful supporting material (screenshots, etc.)

We aim to resolve the matter within a maximum of 5 days.

3.2 Reporting illegal content / NCII / minors / trafficking — removal: 24 hours

To report manifestly illegal content, non-consensual intimate images (NCII), a case involving minors, or a situation related to trafficking/exploitation/coercion, please write to [email protected] and include:

• Your contact details

• The URL(s) of the content/profile/listing (direct links)

• A factual description (e.g., minor, trafficking/exploitation, non-consensual content, fraud/scam, harassment)

• Any useful supporting material (screenshots, proof of rights/legitimate interest where applicable)

• Reports in this category are handled as a priority and we remove the content within a maximum of 24 hours.

• No prior investigation is required to proceed with removal.

• No reupload: once removed, the content may not be posted again.

Possible measures

• The Operator may, in particular:

  • remove content or restrict access to it,

  • suspend or delete accounts,

  • request additional information or verification from the user(s) concerned,

  • retain limited information for compliance/audit purposes where permitted/required by law.

• In serious cases (e.g., suspected involvement of minors, trafficking/exploitation, credible criminal activity), the Operator may escalate the matter and cooperate with the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law and legal requests.

4. Repeated violations

Users who repeatedly breach the platform’s rules or applicable law may have their content removed and their account suspended or permanently closed, without notice.

5. False or malicious reports

• Reports made in bad faith, including false or malicious complaints intended to harm others, may result in:

  • suspension or permanent closure of the account, and/or

  • restriction of access to reporting tools.

• The reporting party may incur liability for knowingly false statements under applicable law.

6. Cooperation with authorities

Charmbodies.com may cooperate with the competent authorities in cases of serious suspected offences or on the basis of valid legal requests, in accordance with applicable law and data-protection requirements.
