2. Handling of Notices & Takedown

3. Counter-Notice

4. Repeat Infringements

Accounts repeatedly involved in copyright infringements may be subject to measures up to and including suspension or permanent closure.
Where permitted or required by law, the Site may retain limited information for compliance purposes and/or cooperate with competent authorities based on valid legal requests.
