Age Verification Policy

Charmbodies.com (the “Site”) is strictly limited to users aged 18+. This Age Verification Policy explains the measures in place to prevent minors from accessing the Site and to require age verification before users can publish listings and access paid features.

1. 18+ Only

• The Site is strictly limited to users aged 18 years or older.

• Any attempt to access or use the Site by a minor is prohibited.

2. 18+ Access (warning / confirmation)

• Users may be asked to confirm that they are 18+ before accessing the Site (e.g., via an entry pop-up and a checkbox).

• This access confirmation acts as an entry filter and does not replace the mandatory verification steps described below for publishing or performing paid actions.

3. Mandatory age verification to publish & access paid features

• To create and publish a listing and/or purchase featured placement options, users must successfully complete an age verification with an independent third-party verification provider.

• Without successful verification, the Site may block publication and/or restrict access to payment and paid features.

4. Additional checks (risk-based)

• The Site may request additional information or apply additional checks in the event of inconsistencies, risk indicators, or reports (for example, in case of doubts about authenticity or compliance, or suspected violations of the rules).

• The Site may maintain restrictions during the course of these checks.

5. Policy regarding minors (zero tolerance)

• Any content involving persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited — without exception, regardless of the circumstances or context.

• If the Site suspects or learns that a user is under 18 (or that content suggests the involvement of a minor), the Operator may immediately:

  • remove the relevant content or restrict access to it,

  • suspend the account or permanently close it, and

  • escalate the matter and cooperate with the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law and legal requests.

6. Human trafficking & exploitation (zero tolerance)

• The Site applies zero tolerance toward human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, forced services, or any form of abuse.

• Where there is a credible suspicion of such activities, the Operator may take immediate enforcement measures and cooperate with the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law and legal requests.

7. Data protection & record retention

• Age verification is performed by an independent third-party provider. The Site may receive and retain only limited verification information necessary for compliance and platform safety (for example, verification status and technical/evidentiary records for audit purposes).

• Any processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

8. Limitations

• Although the Site applies multi-level checks, no method can guarantee that all attempts by minors to access the Site will be detected in all situations.

• The Operator may update verification measures as necessary to improve safety and compliance.
