Charmbodies.com (the “Site”) is strictly intended for users aged 18+. This Age Verification Policy explains the measures used to prevent access by minors and to enforce age verification before users can publish listings and access paid features.

1. 18+ Only

• The Site is strictly restricted to users aged 18 or older.

• Any attempt to access or use the Site as a minor is prohibited.

2. 18+ Entry Gate (Disclaimer / Confirmation)

• Users may be required to confirm they are 18+ before entering the Site (e.g., via an entry pop-up and checkbox confirmation).

• This entry confirmation is an access gate and does not replace the mandatory verification steps described below for publishing or paid actions.

3. Mandatory Age Verification for Publishing & Paid Features

• To create and publish a listing and/or to purchase promotional options, users must complete a successful age verification through an independent third-party verification service provider.

• Without successful verification, the Site may block publication and/or restrict access to payment and paid features.

4. Additional Checks (Risk-Based)

• The Site may request additional information or apply additional checks where there are inconsistencies, risk signals, or reports (for example, authenticity concerns or suspected policy violations).

• The Site may maintain restrictions while such checks are ongoing.

5. Underage Policy (Zero Tolerance)

• Any content involving persons under 18 is strictly prohibited — without exception, under any circumstances, and regardless of context.

• If the Site suspects or becomes aware that a user is under 18 (or that content suggests underage involvement), the Operator may immediately:

  • remove or restrict the relevant content,

  • suspend or permanently terminate the account, and

  • escalate and cooperate with competent authorities, subject to applicable law and lawful requests.

• Where there is credible suspicion of such activity, the Operator may take immediate enforcement action and cooperate with competent authorities, subject to applicable law and lawful requests.

• Age verification is performed through an independent third-party provider. The Site may receive and retain only limited verification information necessary for compliance and platform safety (for example, verification status and related technical/audit records).

• Any processing of personal data is handled in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

8. Limitations

• While the Site applies layered controls, no method can guarantee that all attempts by minors will be detected in every situation.

• The Operator may update verification measures as needed to improve safety and compliance.
