These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of charmbodies.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Site: charmbodies.com

• Operator: Savora Technologies Ltd

• User: Any individual visiting the Site, creating an account, posting an ad, or viewing content

• Advertiser: A User who creates/publishes a listing on the Site

• Content: Any text, ad, photo, video, or message uploaded by a User

2. Nature of Service: Not an Agency

• The Site is a directory/listing platform allowing users to publish ads.

• The Site is not an agency.

• It does not organize meetings.

• It does not act as an intermediary or take commissions.

• It does not operate a booking system.

• The Operator does not set, negotiate, or intervene in pricing, services, meetings, or arrangements between users. Responsibility lies solely with the users.

3. Registration and User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

• Accounts created with false information or fake profiles may be deleted.

• Each user is responsible for the security of their own account and credentials.

4. Eligibility: 18+ and Underage Policy

• The Site is strictly restricted to users aged 18 or older.

• Any content involving persons under 18 is strictly prohibited — without exception, under any circumstances, and regardless of context.

• If the Operator suspects or becomes aware that a user is under 18 (or that content suggests underage involvement), the Operator may immediately remove/restrict content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts, and may cooperate with competent authorities, subject to applicable law and lawful requests.

5. Age Verification Requirement

• To publish a listing and/or access paid/promotional features, users may be required to complete successful age verification through an independent third-party verification service provider, as described in the Age Verification Policy.

• Without successful verification, the Site may block publication and/or restrict access to payment and paid features.

6. Moderation, Blocked Content, Removal and Sanctions

6.1 No Human Trafficking Clause

• The Site has zero tolerance for human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, forced services, or any form of abuse.

• Where there is credible suspicion of such activity, the Operator may take immediate enforcement action, including content removal and account termination, and may cooperate with competent authorities, subject to applicable law and lawful requests.

6.2 Blocked Content Policy

The following are strictly prohibited and may be removed immediately:

• Any content involving minors (including any attempt to depict, reference, sexualize, or suggest involvement of persons under 18).

• Trafficking/exploitation/coercion; forced services; or any form of abuse.

• Non-consensual sexual content, including content shared without explicit consent.

• Threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence.

• Fraud, scams, extortion/blackmail, doxxing, or attempts to obtain money through deception.

• Promotion/sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods/services.

• Fake profiles, impersonation, bots, spam, or misleading advertising.

• Stolen, fake, or third-party images/videos; or any content infringing copyright or personality/privacy rights.

• Malware, phishing, or any content intended to compromise users or systems.

6.3 Content Removal Policy

• The Operator may remove, restrict, or disable access to content that is unlawful, harmful, non-compliant, or violates these Terms or the Site’s policies.

• Depending on the case, the Operator may also suspend or permanently terminate accounts, limit features, or request additional information or verification.

• The Operator may maintain restrictions while a review is ongoing, especially in high-risk or serious cases.

6.4 Underage Policy

• Any content involving persons under 18 is strictly prohibited — without exception, under any circumstances, and regardless of context.

• Where underage involvement is suspected, the Operator may immediately remove/restrict content and suspend or permanently terminate accounts.

6.5 Complaint Handling Policy

• To report illegal content, abuse, or a policy violation, email [email protected] and include: (i) your name and contact details, (ii) URL(s) of the content/profile/listing, (iii) a short description of the issue, and (iv) supporting evidence (screenshots, proof of rights/interest if applicable).

• Reports are reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible. If confirmed, the Operator may remove or restrict content and take appropriate enforcement action.

7. Payments and Paid Features

• The Site may offer paid promotional options (for example, featured placement). Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

• The Operator is not a payment institution and does not provide escrow services. The Operator may refuse, suspend, or restrict paid features for compliance, fraud prevention, or risk reasons.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

• The Site is not responsible for personal disputes between users or for agreements, meetings, or arrangements made off-platform.

• Users are solely responsible for the outcomes of their own interactions and agreements.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

• The Site’s design, logo, database, and texts belong to the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without authorization.

10. Changes

The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once published on the Site.
