These Terms of Use (āTermsā) govern your access to and use of charmbodies.com (the āSiteā). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
Site: charmbodies.com
Operator: Savora Technologies Ltd
User: Any person visiting the Site, creating an account, posting an ad, or viewing content
Advertiser: A User who creates/posts an ad on the Site
Content: Any text, ad, photo, video, or message uploaded by a User
2. Nature of the service: not an agency
The Site is an ads/directory platform that allows users to publish ads.
The Site is not an agency.
It does not arrange appointments.
It does not act as an intermediary and does not charge a commission.
It does not operate a booking/reservation system.
The Operator does not set or negotiate, and does not intervene in, prices, services, appointments, or arrangements between users. Responsibility lies solely with the users.
3. Registration and user accounts
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
Accounts created with false information or fake profiles may be deleted.
Each user is responsible for the security of their account and credentials.
4. Eligibility: 18+ and minors policy
The Site is strictly limited to users aged 18 or older.
Any content involving persons under 18 is strictly prohibited ā without exception, regardless of circumstances and context.
If the Operator suspects or learns that a user is under 18 (or that content suggests the involvement of a minor), the Operator may immediately remove/restrict the content and suspend or permanently close accounts, and may cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law and lawful requests.
5. Age verification requirement
In order to post an ad and/or access paid/promotional features, users must successfully complete an age verification with an independent third-party verification provider, as described in the Age Verification Policy.
Without successful verification, publishing and/or access to payment and paid features are blocked/restricted.
6. Moderation, blocked content, removal, and sanctions
6.1 Pre-publication moderation
Every ad and every media item submitted to the Site is reviewed before being published (no automatic publication).
Content may also be reviewed after publication (reports, risk indicators, audits, random checks).
6.2 Anti-human trafficking clause
The Site applies zero tolerance toward human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, forced services, or any form of abuse.
Where there is a credible suspicion of such activity, the Operator may take immediate action, including removing content and closing accounts, and may cooperate with competent authorities in accordance with applicable law and lawful requests.
6.3 Blocked content policy
The following content is strictly prohibited and may be removed immediately:
Any content involving minors (including any attempt to depict, mention, sexualize, or suggest the involvement of persons under 18).
Trafficking/exploitation/coercion; forced services; or any form of abuse.
Non-consensual sexual content, including any content shared without explicit consent.
Threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence.
Fraud, scams, extortion/blackmail, disclosure of personal data (doxxing), or any attempt to obtain money through deception.
Promotion/sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods/services.
Fake profiles, identity impersonation, bots, spam, or misleading advertising.
Stolen/manipulated images/videos or content belonging to third parties; or any content infringing copyright or personality/privacy rights.
Malware, phishing, or any content intended to compromise users or systems.
Third persons / background: photos and videos must not include third persons, even in the background, and must not be blurred to circumvent this rule. Any such content will be rejected or removed.
Alcohol, illegal substances, animals: any content that includes alcoholic beverages (or is likely to include them), illegal substances, animals, or pets is prohibited and will be removed.
6.4 Content removal policy
The Operator may remove, restrict, or disable access to any content that is illegal, harmful, non-compliant, or contrary to these Terms or the Siteās policies.
As applicable, the Operator may also suspend or permanently close accounts, limit certain features, or request additional information or verification.
The Operator may maintain restrictions during review, especially in serious or high-risk cases.
6.5 Minors policy
Any content involving persons under 18 is strictly prohibited ā without exception, regardless of circumstances and context.
In case of suspected involvement of minors, the Operator may immediately remove/restrict content and suspend or permanently close accounts.
6.6 Complaints handling procedure (distinction 5 days / 24 hours)
6.6.1 Content contrary to rules/standards (timeframe: 5 days)
To report content that may violate our rules/standards (without being manifestly illegal), email [email protected] and include: (i) the URL(s) of the content/profile/ad, (ii) a factual description, and (iii) useful evidence (screenshots, etc.).
We aim to resolve such reports within a maximum of 5 days.
6.6.2 Illegal content / non-consensual images (NCII) / trafficking (removal: 24 hours)
To report illegal content, non-consensual images (NCII), or any situation related to trafficking/exploitation/coercion, email [email protected] and include: (i) your contact details, (ii) the URL(s) of the content/profile/ad, (iii) a factual description, and (iv) any useful information.
We remove such content within a maximum of 24 hours, without any prior investigation being required. Once removed, the content cannot be re-uploaded (āno reuploadā).
6.7 Links to third-party sites (3rd-party links)
Links to third-party sites may be removed if they lead to illegal, abusive, or otherwise non-compliant content. If third-party links provide content beyond the Siteās monitoring/control capabilities (e.g., external platforms), the Operator may require their removal and/or delete the related ad.
7. Payments and paid features
The Site may offer paid options (for example, promotional placements). Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
No trial period / no disguised āfreeā paid service: paid features are available only after payment.
No subscription / no recurring payments / no automatic renewal: purchases are one-off. Upon expiry, a new purchase is required to extend the duration.
The price, duration, and contents of the selected package are displayed at checkout. The User must review this information before confirming.
The refund and cancellation conditions are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In particular, if the service has started (e.g., the ad has been published), no refund is granted, except in cases of technical error (e.g., duplicate payment) as provided by that policy.
The Operator is not a payment institution and does not provide escrow services. The Operator may refuse, suspend, or restrict paid features for compliance, fraud prevention, or risk management reasons.
8. Disclaimer of liability
The Site is not responsible for personal disputes between users or for agreements, appointments, or arrangements made outside the platform.
Users are solely responsible for the consequences of their interactions and agreements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual property
The design, logo, database, and texts of the Site belong to the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without authorization.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory applicable provisions.
12. Changes
The Operator reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
