Advertising Guidelines

Charmbodies.com (the “Site”) is a classifieds / directory platform strictly reserved for users aged 18 or older. These rules are binding for all advertisers and apply to any listing, profile, photo, video and text submitted to the Site.

1. General rules

• The Site is reserved for 18+
• Users must be 18 years or older to publish ads.
• All information in ads must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Advertisers may only upload and publish content that belongs to them and accurately represents them.
• The Site applies moderation and compliance controls, but advertisers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of the content they submit.
• Any content involving minors is strictly prohibited.

2. Eligibility conditions to publish

• To publish a listing and/or access paid/featured options, the user must successfully complete an age verification (see the Age Verification Policy). Without successful verification, publishing and/or access to payment and paid features may be blocked or restricted.

3. Rules for photos and videos

• Advertisers may only upload photos of themselves; third-party photos are not allowed.
• Photos must be genuine, current, and belong to the advertiser.
• Fake, stolen, misleading, manipulated, impersonating, or AI-generated images are not accepted.
• Photos and videos must not include third parties or background people, even if blurred, masked, turned away, cropped, or otherwise obscured.
• Content including animals or pets, alcohol, illegal substances, blood, scat/excrement, violence, or any suggestion of non-consensual or forced activity is prohibited.
• Pornographic content or explicit sexual acts are prohibited. Erotic or aesthetic content may be accepted if it complies with these rules.
• Stickers, emojis, logos, ads, promotions, or references to other websites/platforms are not allowed.
• Blurred, masked, cropped, or otherwise obscured advertiser photos may be subject to additional verification.
• In such cases, moderation may require the advertiser to upload the same original image again without blur, censorship, or obstruction, with the face clearly visible for verification purposes.
• If the requested verification image is not provided, or does not match, the image will be rejected and will not be published.

4. Prohibited content in listings

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be rejected or removed (and may result in account suspension/termination):

• Minors (or content that could reasonably suggest someone is a minor) — zero tolerance.
• Human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, forced services, blackmail, threats.
• Non-consensual sexual content (NCII) or any distribution without explicit consent.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, incitement to violence.
• Fraud, scams, extortion/blackmail, disclosure of personal data (doxxing), attempts to obtain money through deception.
• Promotion/sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods/services.
• Bots, spam, automated posting, artificial manipulation.
• Malware, phishing, or any content intended to compromise users/systems.

5. Links and redirects (3rd-party links)

• The Site does not provide a dedicated field for adding external links in listings.
• External links are not allowed in listing content. Any listing containing such links may be rejected or removed.
• If an external link leads to illegal or abusive content, or to content beyond the Site’s ability to control/monitor, the Operator may require its removal and/or remove the listing concerned.

6. Advertiser declarations (age & consent)

• The advertiser may only upload images/videos of themselves and guarantees that they are an adult (18+).
• Upon request, the advertiser must provide supporting evidence. Failing that, the content will be rejected/removed and the account may be suspended or terminated.

7. Moderation and sanctions

• Listings that violate the rules will not be published or will be removed.
• Depending on severity, the Operator may restrict features, suspend an account, or permanently terminate an account.
• Repeated violations may result in suspension or permanent termination, without prior notice.

8. Reporting & processing timeframes

8.1 Content contrary to rules/standards (not clearly illegal) — timeframe: 5 days

To report content that may violate our rules/standards (without being clearly illegal), write to [email protected] and include:

• The URL(s) of the content/profile/listing (direct links)
• A factual description
• Any useful elements (screenshots, etc.)

We aim to resolve within a maximum of 5 days.

8.2 Illegal content / NCII / minors / trafficking — removal: 24 hours

To report clearly illegal content, non-consensual intimate images (NCII), a case involving minors, or a situation related to trafficking/exploitation/coercion, write to [email protected] and include:

• Your contact details
• The URL(s) of the content/profile/listing (direct links)
• A factual description
• Any useful elements (where applicable)

• Reports in this category are prioritized and we proceed with removal within a maximum of 24 hours.
• No prior investigation is required to proceed with removal.
• No reupload: once removed, the content cannot be re-uploaded.

9. Appeal (challenge)

If you believe a moderation decision is incorrect, you may contact [email protected] providing the URL and a factual explanation.
