Content Moderation and Prohibited Services Policy

Charmbodies.com (the “Site”) moderates listings and content to protect users and support legal compliance. This policy explains how moderation works, which content/services are prohibited, and how to report a violation.

1. General principles

• The Site is strictly reserved for users aged 18+.

• The Site is a classifieds/directory platform. It is not an agency and does not act as an intermediary between users.

• The Operator does not set, negotiate, or intervene in prices, services, appointments, or arrangements between users. These are handled exclusively by the users themselves.

• Users are solely responsible for the content they publish and for their interactions and agreements.

• The Operator reserves the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any illegal content or content that does not comply with the Site’s rules.

• The Site applies a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, and any content involving minors.

2. What we moderate

• Listings / profiles

• Images and videos uploaded to profiles/listings

• User-submitted content and any other items posted on the Site

3. Moderation process

• Pre-publication review: every listing and every media item submitted to the Site is reviewed before it goes live (no automatic publishing).

• Post-publication review: content may also be reviewed after publication based on reports, risk indicators, audits, or random checks.

• User reports: reported content is handled as a priority.

• The Operator may request additional information where necessary (for example, if authenticity or compliance is in doubt).

4. Prohibited content (blocked content policy)

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed (and may result in account suspension/termination):

• Any content involving persons under 18 is strictly prohibited—with no exceptions, regardless of circumstances or context. Any attempt to depict, mention, sexualize, or suggest the involvement of minors will result in immediate removal and permanent account action.

• Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, coercion, or any form of exploitation.

• Non-consensual content, including any sexual content shared without explicit consent.

• Threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or incitement to violence.

• Fraud, scams, extortion/blackmail, disclosure of personal data (doxxing), or any attempt to obtain money through deception.

• Promotion/sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or other illegal goods/services.

• Fake profiles, impersonation, bots, spam, or misleading advertising.

• Stolen/manipulated images/videos belonging to third parties; or any content infringing copyright or personality/privacy rights.

• Malware, phishing, or any content intended to compromise users or systems.

5. Prohibited services/activities

Users must not use the Site to:

• Facilitate, promote, or enable human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or forced services.

• Engage in fraudulent practices, advance-fee scams, or chargeback-related abuse.

• Use bots, automated posting, spam campaigns, or artificial engagement.

• Promote or sell illegal goods or unlawful services.

6. Enforcement measures (content removal & sanctions)

Depending on severity and context, the Operator may take one or more of the following measures:

• Remove content or restrict/disable access to it.

• Temporarily suspend accounts or permanently close accounts.

• Limit Site features (posting, editing, purchasing promotion options).

• Request additional information.

• Retain limited information for compliance/audit purposes where permitted/required by law.

• In serious cases (e.g., suspected involvement of minors, trafficking/exploitation, credible criminal activity), the Operator may escalate the matter and cooperate with the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law and legal requests.

7. Reporting (how to report prohibited content)

7.1 Content contrary to rules/standards (not manifestly illegal) — timeframe: 5 days

To report content that may violate our rules/standards (without being manifestly illegal), please contact [email protected] and include:

• The URL(s) of the content/profile/listing (direct links)

• A factual description

• Any useful supporting material (screenshots, etc.)

We aim to resolve the matter within a maximum of 5 days.

7.2 Illegal content / NCII / minors / trafficking — removal: 24 hours

To report manifestly illegal content, non-consensual intimate images (NCII), a case involving minors, or a situation related to trafficking/exploitation/coercion, please contact [email protected] and include:

• Your contact details

• The URL(s) of the content/profile/listing (direct links)

• A factual description

• Any useful supporting material (where applicable)

• Reports in this category are handled as a priority and we remove the content within a maximum of 24 hours.

• No prior investigation is required to proceed with removal.

• No reupload: once removed, the content may not be posted again.

8. Appeals / clarifications

• If your content was rejected/removed and you believe this was an error (non-manifestly illegal cases), you may contact [email protected] with relevant details and supporting evidence.

• For any request related to manifestly illegal / NCII / minors / trafficking content or a legal request, contact [email protected].

• The Operator may maintain restrictions during review, especially in serious or high-risk cases.
