Anti-Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Last updated: 11/02/2026
1) Purpose of this statement
Charmbodies.com (the “Site”) is operated by Savora Technologies Ltd (the “Operator”). The Site is an advertising platform / directory. It is not an agency, does not arrange appointments, and does not act as an intermediary between users.
This statement sets out our position and measures against modern slavery, human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, forced services, and any form of abuse.
Note: certain jurisdictions (e.g., the United Kingdom, Modern Slavery Act 2015 – section 54) require certain organisations to publish a statement. Even where this legal obligation does not apply, we publish this statement as part of our commitments and in line with the expectations of compliance partners.
2) Zero tolerance
The Site applies a zero-tolerance approach to:
human trafficking;
sexual exploitation;
forced labour;
coercion, threats, blackmail;
any situation that reasonably suggests exploitation or abuse.
Any content involving minors is strictly prohibited, without exception.
3) Prevention and controls on the platform
Without claiming that any control can eliminate all risk, we implement a multi-layered approach, including:
(a) 18+ access and age verification
The Site is restricted to 18+ users.
To publish an ad and/or access paid features, users must successfully complete an age verification with an independent third-party provider, in accordance with the Age Verification Policy.
(b) Moderation and enforcement
Pre-publication review: every ad and every media item submitted to the Site is reviewed before it is published (no automatic publication).
Post-publication review: content may be reviewed after publication (reports, risk indicators, audits, random checks).
Reported content is handled as a priority.
(c) Interim measures and sanctions
In the event of a credible suspicion of trafficking/exploitation/abuse, the Operator may take immediate measures, including:
restrict access to content;
remove content;
suspend or close an account;
request additional information or verification;
cooperate with the competent authorities, in accordance with applicable law and legal requests.
4) How to report a situation (trafficking, exploitation, coercion)
If you suspect a situation involving trafficking/exploitation, coercion, or if you identify illegal / abusive content (including non-consensual images):
contact our legal team at: [email protected]
ideally include: (i) your contact details, (ii) the URL of the content/profile/ad, (iii) a factual description, (iv) any useful evidence (screenshots, etc.).
Emergency / immediate danger: if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and/or the competent authorities as a priority.
5) Cooperation and limited retention
We may retain limited information where permitted/required by law, and cooperate with the competent authorities in response to legal requests.
6) Links with our other policies
This statement should be read together with:
Terms and Conditions
Age Verification Policy
Content Moderation Policy and prohibited services
Dispute and Abuse Policy
In the event of any unintentional inconsistency, the most recent version of our policies and applicable legal requirements shall prevail.
7) Continuous improvement
